Mail needs to be configured to connect to the Governance server.
Setup Instructions
Go to Governance server at
http://localhost:5173/settings/oidc-clients
Click
"+ Mail Client"
button
Copy the
Client Secret
displayed
Paste it below and click
Save Configuration
